Wealth Creation Network
Wealth Creation Network (WCN) is a 100% black owned multi-disciplinary company founded by a group of young black professionals, who collectively save money to raise the capital required to attain tangible money generating assets.
Our Property Crowdfunding division has gained great momentum over the last two years making us realise that we have more to offer to our loyal members. Our second division, a Co-operative Financial Institute, is in its initial phases undergoing application and registration process. The plan is to grow and diversify our assets and provide a range of services required across all divisions. This will ensure self-reliance and ownership of the entire value chain, which is the core value of the entity. This will guarantee money generated within the WCN Group remains within while promoting self-employment and the empowerment of our members.
To have young black people prioritise acquiring of assets and building wealth for future generations and thus improving black communities’ livelihood.

Property Crowdfunding
WCN Property Crowdfunding Members contribute money in the savings account every month, which will be used as capital to attain income generating properties.
Co-operative Financial Institute (CFI)
A CFI is the umbrella term for member based deposit taking financial co-operative, owned and controlled by their members who have a common bond and whose members choose to call themselves either a Credit Union, Savings and Credit Co-operative (SACCO), Financial Services Co-operative FSC) and Financial Co-operative (FC).
